This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may access, download and use videos belonging to Peace Channel, Inc., as producer for Peace Education Day. This terms and conditions do not apply to third party materials. All videos are copyrighted material belonging to Peace Channel, Inc. or third parties. Third party videos may not be used without the express permission of the copyright holder.

All videos copyrighted by Peace Channel, Inc. are only to be used in the context of presenting and promoting Peace Education Day, Peace Education Day Virtual Conference and Peace Education Network and are not to be copied, loaned, distributed or displayed for any other purpose.

According to copyright law, no changes to the videos can be made, nor can the videos be used in another context (including online distribution), without written permission from Peace Channel, Inc. No derivative works shall be created, including translations.

You agree that you shall only upload any Peace Education Day videos to any online forum or group, social media platform or otherwise electronically available distribution system with the express permission of Peace Channel, Inc. Peace Channel, Inc. maintains the right to disable your access to these videos at any time.
